$3,399 per person sharing
(Travelers receive a pre-paid bonus night April 18, 2023, accommodations only.)
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS: THE TRAVELERS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS IS NOT INTENDED TO BE A COMPLETE LIST OF ALL POSSIBLE RISKS TO WHICH THEY MAY BE EXPOSED ON THE TOUR. THE TOUR IS UNSUPERVISED, AND THE TRAVELERS ARE EXPECTED TO BE ALERT TO POSSIBLE RISKS AND DANGERS AND TO EXERCISE GOOD JUDGMENT AND COMMON SENSE AT ALL TIMES.
Risks may include (but not necessarily be limited to) the following: Driving, riding, or being located near public and private transportation. Cancelled reservations, poor accommodations, late arrivals, acts of God, inclement weather, food poisoning.
RESPONSIBILITY: Anam Cara Tours LLC is acting as a mere agent for suppliers in selling travel-related services to the Travelers. Rev. Verigin, as Tour Director, shall not be responsible for breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or injury to Travelers or Travelers’ companions or group members. Rev. Verigin does not guarantee any of such supplier’s rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of baggage or other personal effects. Rev. Verigin shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any Traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions. Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases Rev. Verigin from, any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel. By embarking upon his/her travel, the Traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of the above risks as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions, and the possibility Traveler may be unable to travel as scheduled because of personal emergency. Traveler is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against these risks; information is available through tour leader regarding travel insurance. Traveler’s retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members.
Anyone choosing to depart from the tour does so at his or her own risk, without refund, and in so doing releases Rev. Verigin of any responsibility. Rev. Verigin reserves the right to dismiss a Traveler to leave the tour should his/her actions and behaviors disrupt the overall harmony and intention of the tour. On such a dismissal, the Traveler will receive no refund from Rev. Verigin or Anam Cara Tours LLC.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: In consideration of Rev. Kathleen Verigin allowing the Travelers to participate in activities of the Tour, the Travelers (on behalf of themselves and their respective personal representatives, assigns, heirs, distributees, guardians and next of kin, herein the “Travelers and Affiliates”), hereby release, waive, and discharge Anam Cara Tours LLC and its officers, managers, members, employees, and agents, and any other persons or entities who may have invited the Travelers, from all loss, damage, liability, or personal injury (including death), whether caused by the negligence of Rev. Kathleen Verigin or otherwise, and arising from or relating to the Tour, or any activities conducted on the Tour.
INDEMNIFICATION: : Each of the Travelers further agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rev. Kathleen Verigin and Affiliates, and any of them, from any loss, liability, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from claims brought by the Travelers and Affiliates or any of them and relating to the Travelers’ participation in Tour activities.
ANAM CARA TOURS LLC: “Scotland: Highlands”

INCLUDES: Land package, per person sharing, $3,399.00. Includes 11 nights lodging at 3&4-star hotels, shared en suite accommodations, all breakfasts, 4 dinners, some lunches, Kathleen Verigin’s guidance, private motor coach with driver/guide, entry fees to sacred sites, fees for private guides. Out of Pocket expenses include air travel & arrival/departure transportation to and from hotel, room charges for personal uses, lunches & dinners not mentioned, traveler’s insurance (recommended), tips & gratuities.
PAYMENT: $600.00 deposit due immediately, by check or money order. If traveler cancels, they will receive $200 refund. If ACTours cancels, traveler will receive full refund of the deposit. The $600 deposit will be applied to the full amount. Final payment can be by check or credit card. (There may be credit card processing fee.) Full payment is due by February 14, 2023.
CANCELLATION PENALTIES:
Up to and including February 14, 2023: $200 refund per $600 deposit.
February 15, 2023 to start day and beyond: no refunds are provided for unused land arrangements.

BAGGAGE: One piece of luggage per person (check with your airline for size, weights & fees)
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Valid passports for U.S. citizens.
AIR TRANSPORTATION: Responsibility of Traveler.
HEALTH: All travelers must show proof of Covid vaccination.
TOUR COST: The price is calculated on the British Pound to Dollar exchange rate as of August 2, 2022, and is based on minimum of 12 travelers and maximum of 16. We reserve the right to adjust the price should the rate change significantly. If the group size falls below 12, the price may be adjusted or the tour cancelled. Travelers will receive a full refund should Anam Cara Tours LLC cancel the tour due to low numbers. Costs are based on contracts with coach and hotel services.
EXCLUDED FROM TOUR COST: Gratuities, airfare, and meals not mentioned.
ITINERARY VARIATIONS: We reserve the right to vary the itinerary.
RESPECT FOR OTHERS RESULTING IN DISMISSAL FROM TOUR: YYou must be respectful of others’ rights, space, sleeping, and eating. Interference with same or disruption of the harmony of the group may cause you to be dismissed from the Tour by the Tour Leader. In such case, there will be no refund.
Passports and Other Information: For possible emergency use only, Traveler agrees to provide Rev. Verigin with a copy of his/her passport, as well as emergency contact information, a list of medications, and any health–physical or mental–issues that could be compromised by the stress of travel. All documents will be held as strictly confidential and returned to the Traveler on the last day of the Tour.

TRAVELERS’ PROMISE
• To aspire to the highest possible standard of personal conduct, displaying humility, honesty, selflessness, and dedication.
• To act at all times in the interest of the Tour through consensus, yielding if necessary your personal desire to the greater desire of the group.
• To control your temper and to exercise self-control at all times.
• To be respectful of others’ beliefs and opinions.
RULES: The undersigned Traveler covenants to adhere to and be subject to the attached Tour Rules.
I have read all of the above and agree to its terms and conditions for Rev. Kathleen McKern Verigin’s “Scottish Highlands” tour, offered through Anam Cara Tours LLC, starting in Edinburgh, Scotland, April 19, 2023 and concluding April 28, 2023 in Edinburgh. I understand that a bonus night is included upon arrival in Edinburgh for accommodations only, April 18, 2023. Land package cost to me is $3,399.00. I understand that cancellations on or before February 14, 2023 incur a $400 penalty, and that cancellations from February 15, 2023 until start of tour will result in additional penalties and could amount to up to 100% of the tour price. One week prior to departure, April 11, 2023, plus on or after departure day: no refunds are made for unused land arrangements. I have been informed of the availability of travel insurance.
