Anam Cara Connections & Telltales
Story Collector Workshop
Me Too, My Stories of Abuse
Facilitated by Rev. Kathleen McKern Verigin & Rachel Hayward
Something powerful has emerged as a result of exposure of so many men for sexual harassment, abuse and assault. Women’s voices must be heard! In this workshop, we will explore our own personal stories about our own experiences when we’ve been sexually assaulted, embarrassed, humiliated. We will bring these emotions and stories to the surface and onto paper where we can work with them in ceremony. We will draw up these stories into our hearts, our minds, our spirits, and see what messages reside there. We will then step out into the world, taking our bodies and spirits back, to bring forth strength, community, and wisdom. We are all in this together, and we are stronger together. There is space for 10 women. Claim your space now!

“When news broke of media mogul Harvey Weinstein as a sexual predator, stories of my own abuse soon re-surfaced. Inspired by Rachel’s work, I began to document my experiences, starting with the words: There was that time. Writing and sharing opened the doorway for my continued healing.” Rev. Kathleen McKern Verigin, Anam Cara Connections www.anamcaraconnections.com
“You do have something to say. Your life is noteworthy. And there is a wonderful journey of discovery in store for you when you decide to take the first step.” Rachel Hayward, Telltales www.telltalesllc.com email@example.com 503.550.6053
